Crack dat is a company selling software to prepare for a dental admission test. I purchased the largest bundle package from them sometimes in 2009. It cost me around $400-500. When my laptop crashed, I lost the software. The company is now asking me to either a) repurchase the bundle package again, or b) pay a fine of at least $25 PLUS purchase another software I never heard about called Dat Cracker for $99, or 3) present the company with my personal identifying information containing the date when I will take the exam, time when I will take the exam, where I will take the exam, my full name, my student identification number that is issued to the student by the maker of the exam and licensing body. If I present them with this document, they will still charge me a fine of at least $25 to reinstall the software.
This company is not made of good bones and is very unethical. They exploit the students and offer no legitimate solutions to recover the lost software. Please note before I was making my purchase, the company stated that the software is for a lifelong use and does not expire! They clearly lied to me, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. You are exploiting students. If you claim otherwise, then wave the fees.
Don't take advantage of someone's situation and crashed laptop. You forgot to mention that I improved your crack dat program and updated reading comprehension for free. I also submitted corrections to perceptual ability test to many questions.
You never paid me for corrections, even tough your own policy states that you pay $5 to a student per question who finds an error. I even rewrote your reading comprehension tests, which made absolutely no sense content wise, and you accepted the corrections. You never paid me for any revisions, even tough I was entitled to it. You violated your own policy, and stupid me, never asked you for any compensation for revisions, even tough I was entitled to it. I was just a naive student. Change your rules and have another way to verify whether the student is still taking the exam, such as the IP address of a laptop. It's still the same laptop I would be downloading crack dat for, it's not a new laptop.
If you give me your social security number over an e-mail, I can sent you my dat registration confirmation. I am sure you don't feel safe doing that, do you? We have lots of hacking going in computer systems nowadays and in fact, even Attorney General of my home state wrote me a letter outlining steps to protect my privacy online. One way is to never share any personal identifying information through an e-mail or text message. So again, if you feel safe sending me your social security number through an e-mail, I can sent you my dat registration when I register.
Also, it should be none of your business to know when I am taking the exam to prevent messing things up for me. No one should ever know that information. I don't know how you treat that information and what the consequences will be.I resolved my crack dat issue with my tutee, who has crack dat on her laptop. I will tutor her 2 hours a week free of charge in exchange for the laptop she doesn't need at the moment.
It will save me about $130 for your crack dat math program. I will give her the laptop in a week's time once I copy all the givens to the math problems. I already have all the solutions; I was just stupid enough not to copy the givens to the problems when I had the crack dat on my laptop. Please note you are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and you have no address a student can reach you at.
You have no google reviews and when I google your company, the address of your company does not even come up. That's highly irregular. You have no physical address. When I googled address from Better Business Bureau, a UPS store came up. You have NO credibility.
All you have is reviews on your own website, which you can choose what to post.My tutee and I believe in helping each other, unlike you. You take advantage of students' situations and slap on the fees. Majority of students will pay it, but I will NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OFF.
