Starting at sign in, we’ve given you access to the latest in biometric identification technology, like Touch ID or Face ID, so you can securely access the app without having to remember your password. Canoe app blows, 2019-04-30 Fix your appYour app is broken. I cannot dismiss the new features. Why keep complicating your app. Sign out should be in every tab. Bring back sign in with Touch ID without having to select it every time.
Who ever is in charge of making this app less and less user friendly with every update should be fired. I am tempted to switch banks over this app becoming more and more garbage. Developer Response, 2019-05-01Hi there, we certainly wouldn't want to see you leave us. We're aware of the popup continuing to show each time, and are working on a fix for that. Touch ID should be working - I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling if you're finding it's not. If that doesn't help, please call our digital team at 1-800-769-2555 for further help.
